•Moving the cursor over color contour or line window allows you to see the value and location of that data point, min, max and full window name in the Info window
•While moving the cursor over a color contour window, pressing the Option key puts other data related information in the Info window
•Double clicking on a pixel in a color contour allows you to change its value
•Double clicking on an entry in the CLUT allows you to change the RGB value for that CLUT entry.
•Holding the Option key down while making the first click to make a slice, aligns the point for a slice through the center. This is useful when slicing through a FFT window.
•Dragging on the Size box (the lower left hand corner of a window) sizes the window, this operation does not resize the dimensions of your data, just magnifies the data.
•Double clicking on the move bars expands or shrinks a window.
•Holding the Option key down while clicking on the PASTE box in the tool window brings the Paste Options dialog up so you can change a paste option selection before pasting. Once the new selection has been made and the dialog box is dismissed, click the PASTE box for the paste operation to begin.
Color scanning…
•After selecting "Do a color scan" from the Graphics/Color Look up Table menu, drag the color scan bar to move it to different locations in the CLUT
•Move the cursor to black bar which is at the top left of the CLUT, when it changes into a finger drag it up or down to inlarge or shrink the color scan bar
•When you have Automated Scan checked in the Graphics/Color Look up Table menu, move the mouse to the lower right corner to start the scanning. Holding the mouse button down reverses the color scan, and moving the mouse out of the corner stops the scan and leaves the color in the CLUT.
